- You may return items within **30 days** of delivery.  
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

#### 💰 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.  
Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within **5–7 business days**.

#### 🚚 Return Shipping
- **Germany & EU:** Free return shipping.  
- **Other countries:** The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  
Please keep your tracking receipt until your refund is confirmed.

#### ⚙️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.  
We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

#### ❌ Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used pet furniture, bedding, or customized items.
